Charmes de Kirwan, Margaux
One of the best classified third growths in Médoc. It was in the eighteenth century that the Kirwan family, of Irish origin, became proprietors. After M. Kirwan’s death it became the property of the City of Bordeaux, and in 1925 it was acquired by the firm Schröder and Schyler. Charmes de Kirwanis the little brother to Chateau Kirwan and 3rd classified grower in margaux. It is also produced and crafted in same loving care as it’s elder brother.

A consistently good wine, with lovely overt, fruity scent and excellent depth on the palate.
