TASTING NOTES
A medium-bodied yet full-flavoured wine that offers thrilling concentration of ripe berry fruit, reined in by a classic bordeaux structure.
The emphasis is on environmentally-friendly viticulture, with grass cover every other row, sustainable pest-control, and organic fertilizers in use. Individual plots are monitored twice a week to check the ripeness of the grapes.
