One of the pioneers of the modern Greek wine revolution Gaia Estate was established in 1994 by Greek winemakers Leon Karatsalos and Yiannis Paraskevopoulos. Tasting notes – Perfumed, with a nose of dark berry fruits and floral notes. Medium bodied on the palate, with subtle, well integrated tannins and hints of pepper overlaid with silky blueberry fruits, leading to a long, velvety finish. A wine not to be missed.

Serving: Excellent with roasted red meats, particularly lamb or subtly spiced stuffed aubergines.
