Gigondas, Rhone
Back in 1896, a family called Roux acquired the Château du Trignon, and began to convert the estate from mixed farming to viticulture. Five generations have since helped establish it as one of the top producers in the Southern Rhône. Then In 2007, the estate was bought by a Quiot family, also Rhône winegrowers for more then 250 years.
